      I installed this speaker in my wife's bathroom to replace her small iPod system she was running off batteries. I utilized the second zone on my receiver and ran wire into the attic above the bathroom, cut the hole, installed the speaker, and voila' great sound in the bathroom.

      The stereo-input feature is really nice for small spaces so you're not having to run two speakers for stereo sound.

      This speaker can play loud! My wife loves to crank it when she's getting ready. I discovered how loud it could be when I was outside and heard the music. The sound was filling the attic and could be heard from the perforations in the eaves outside. No complaints from the neighbors yet, at least not until my mother-in-law stays over and wants to crank Michael Bolton at 8 in the morning.

      Future additions to this setup is maybe an in-wall iPod dock and an on-wall volume control.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
